退款政策

Returns can be initiated within 7 business days of delivery for eligible items; if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item. For a change of mind returns (unopened and with seal intact), ensure to report/return on the spot during delivery/ pick up for your return to be valid.
When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags, and accessories/ additional items are left intact and that the item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be considered invalid.
Once a returned item is collected, we will conduct a quality check to evaluate the returned product and if the return reason is validated, a refund process will then be initiated. A refund notification shall be sent through email once this process is finalized.
