Orders within Nairobi will be deliveried within 24 hours.
Orders outsirde Nairobi, it will take 3-7 business days in delivery.

What country do you ship to?

Kenya. And your order is shipped from Nairobi City.

How about the deposit outside Nairobi City?

For the deposit policy, we will ask Orders outside Nairobi City pay 1000 Ksh to Mpesa Number 684350 to make sure safe and successful delivery. The deposit will deduce from delivery product amount. Please contact us if you have any questions about the deposit problem.

Can I change the product or contact info or address of my order?

Before we send out the parcel (Within 12 hours after the order is placed) You can contact support.ke@syinix.com or 0702255444 to describe your requirement.

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email. After that, the order info can't be changed.
